Explicit and Systematic 

The Road to Decode provides explicit, step-by-step phonics instruction, teaching students the relationship between sounds and letters in a clear, organized way. The program uses a planned sequence, ensuring students build on previous skills effectively.

Our program incorporates multisensory methods that engage visual, auditory, and kinesthetic pathways. Orthographic Mapping

Our program incorporates strategies for orthographic mapping, where students learn to connect the sounds in spoken words to their written forms. This process is crucial for developing sight word recognition, enabling students to read fluently and with greater accuracy. Road to Decode incorporates scaffolded instruction, where teachers gradually release responsibility to students. Educators model reading strategies and skills, then provide guided practice with feedback before allowing students to practice independently. This approach supports students at their current level while gradually building their confidence and competence.
